Job Requirements:
Registered Nurse
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program, have a current CA RN license, an American Heart Association (AHA) BCLS and a minimum of one year recent acute care experience. ACLS and PALS may be required for certain positions. BSN and specialty certifications preferred.
Case Manager:
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Current California State RN or LVN licensure
- 3-5 years of acute nursing experience or a combination of 2-3 years of skilled nursing experience and acute care experience
- At least 1 year of experience in HMO/Managed Care/Population Health care management operations
Nurse Practitioner:
- Master of Science Degree in Nursing
- Current unrestricted Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner license issued by the State of California
- MSN, CA RN/NP license, three years clinical nursing experience (including acute care)
- Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) Certificate and furnishing license (or to be completed within one year from date privileges are approved)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certifications
- National Certification as a Nurse Practitioner, (or eligible) completed within one year from date privileges are approved
